Our story

Cybertix was founded in Donostia-San Sebastián in 2018 by professionals with decades of experience in cybersecurity, defense and national security. That background underpins a rigorous, proactive approach focused on real resilience rather than formal compliance alone.

From day one, we have believed trained people are essential to cybersecurity competitiveness. Complex networks demand technology and services that simplify security management, which is why we build intelligent, straightforward AI-based platforms for companies of every size.

We collaborate with European cybersecurity institutions and initiatives. Our role as Spanish ambassadors for CyberHubs, the EU co-funded European Network of Cybersecurity Skills Hubs, is especially important.

We share knowledge and best practices with European agencies to promote a more secure and sovereign digital Europe where SMEs are also protected.

Cybersecurity Made in Europe

We hold the Cybersecurity Made in Europe label, awarded by the European Cyber Security Organisation to companies headquartered and primarily active in Europe that meet ENISA security requirements, comply with the GDPR and commit to backdoor-free solutions.

He has successfully led organizations such as ATE Informática, S21sec, Accenture, and the Cybersecurity Advisory Center. He has shown a strong focus on implementing cybersecurity strategies for companies, ensuring their success and protection against digital threats, becoming a benchmark for the industry.

Lorenzo Díaz de Apodaca

CEO

Business and technology leader with experience in strategic direction and entrepreneurship. He has managed innovative projects and built strategic alliances between the public and private sectors. With a focus on managing multidisciplinary teams, he fosters a culture of innovation and results orientation.

Eduardo Sáez

Head of Presales

He has over 25 years of experience in cybersecurity, document management and electronic signature. He has taken on various roles and faced new challenges with enthusiasm, a drive to improve and great adaptability. Always focused on meeting each project's requirements and learning from both the people and the cybersecurity projects he takes part in.

Beatriz Díaz

Head of Training and Awareness

Expert in cybersecurity, innovation and project management. She has designed training strategies that strengthen cybersecurity culture and the protection of digital infrastructure. She currently leads Cyberforge, a platform that educates and raises awareness about the importance of security for employees, executives and talent in the sector.

Ander Galisteo

Director of Industrial Cybersecurity

Leads the protection of critical infrastructure in industrial environments. He was previously Engineering Director at Dojo Five, specialized in embedded software and hardware. He has contributed to industrial cybersecurity through publications, conferences, and as a lecturer at the University of Deusto, sharing his experience.
